Housing disrepair enquiries, reviewed and ready for a firm.

Tenants in England and Wales send us their enquiry, photos and landlord history. Our team reviews each one and, with the tenant’s permission, offers it to the firms on our panel.

What your firm gets

  • Permission first

Each tenant agrees, when they send their enquiry, to it being shared with the firms on our panel, which they see by name. You only ever see enquiries that permission covers.

  • Reviewed by a person

Our team checks every enquiry before it is offered: the answers, the photos and that the mobile number is theirs.

  • The evidence in one place

A photo checklist for each problem (a wide view, a close-up, the likely source, two angles and the outside), screenshots of messages with the landlord, and the landlord history. Each case shows how complete its photos are.

  • One firm per case

See an anonymised summary first. When your firm takes a case it is yours alone, with the tenant’s contact details, address, photos and any ID they sent.

  • Ready for your call

The tenant’s best days and times to call, and a call PIN you say at the start of the call, so they know it is really you.

  • A secure dashboard

Private photos and downloads named by reference, your firm’s cases only, and a record of who at your firm opened what.

How joining works.

  1. Apply below. It takes about two minutes.
  2. We check the firm’s SRA registration and talk you through how cases are offered and any charges.
  3. Your team gets a sign-in link to the solicitor dashboard.
  4. Take cases from the daily release of reviewed enquiries.

Tenant Claim Support is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Joining the panel does not guarantee a number of cases: how many tenants send enquiries, and which firms they agree to, varies.
